Join the ECE-RCEM Civil Society Forum 2025



On 1 April 2025, civil society actors from across the UNECE region will convene at Palais des Nations, Geneva, for the ECE-RCEM Civil Society Forum, a key preparatory space ahead of the UNECE Regional Forum on Sustainable Development (RFSD).

At a time of shrinking civic space, geopolitical tensions, and challenges to the 2030 Agenda, the forum provides an opportunity to:

• Strengthen civil society advocacy on SDG 3 (health), SDG 5 (gender equality), SDG 8 (decent work), SDG 14 (water), and SDG 17 (partnerships).
• Engage with UN agencies on multilateralism and the role of civil society in SDG implementation.
• Develop joint interventions to ensure civil society perspectives are reflected at RFSD.
